The Rebecca Lynn Cutler Legacy of Life Foundation was established in 2004 by Rebecca’s family in partnership with the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA). The Foundation is part of DBSA. The mission of the Foundation is to foster awareness and compassionate understanding of depression and bipolar disorder as real diseases. The project scope for the Cutler Foundation is limited only by funding, and we believe that the best prospects for financial support are those who have an interest in our purpose and benefit from our work.
